In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your artwork(s), you are entitled to cancel your purchase and receive either a refund within 7 days of receiving your order of your monies or replacement goods. Shipped artworks can be returned to us via post or courier and will be refunded minus the shipping and packaging cost. Please send an email to us before you return goods, telling us that you are returning the goods and why. All refunds will be processed in the original payment currency. Discounted or sale items are non-refundable or exchangeable.  

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
