London-based artist Tim Gatenby is best known for his figurative, tongue-in-cheek style parody paintings. He often

works with a blurred between the lines ghostly painting technique which has majorly become Gatenby´s signature aesthetic and solidified his prestige within the industry, often selling out from various exhibitions. Gatenby chooses to play with nostalgic approaches, which are soft and colourful on the palette, hitting the viewers sweet spot specifically from his love

of fast food, children’s fictionalised characters and widely familiar consumer branded objects. His works are a perfect balance between amusement and packing a punch.
