Mrs & Mr García are a Barcelona- and Bilbao-based artist duo whose work transforms words, light, and materials into sculptural expressions of contemporary culture. With backgrounds spanning architecture, design, and publishing, the married couple has spent over two decades creating immersive works that play with reflection, texture, and meaning. Using sequins, mirrors, neon, and gold leaf, they explore the tension between light and shadow, glamour and introspection.

Their celebrated portrait of Grace Jones, a six-foot vision of mirrored brilliance, embodies the duo’s fascination with icons who defy convention. As they note, “Grace Jones represents creative fearlessness and the unapologetic joy of living,” a spirit that resonates deeply with their artistic philosophy.
